David Batchelor

David Batchelor is the founder and director of Wills & Trusts Independent Financial Planning Ltd, one of the top legal and financial services firms in the United Kingdom. Through Wills & Trusts, David has created The Commissions Free Funding Process*, a unique method designed to help clients protect their wealth for future generations, while also creating provisions for successful retirement living.

David established Wills & Trusts in 1994 after a decade of industry experience at established institutions such as Norwich Union and Canada Life. He holds advanced qualifications in investment planning, pensions, taxation, and trusts, and is the author of two books, Wealth: How To Be Seriously Rich On Any Income and How To Charge Fees The Right Way.

Actively involved with The Personal Finance Society Charitable Trust, David is past president of The Life Insurance Association and founder of The Personal Finance Society. In addition, he commits his time and energy to the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children, the U.K.’s leading children's charity, which campaigns for children's rights and safety.

A participant in the Strategic Coach® Program since 1999, David is currently in the Strategic Coach® Masters program and also attends workshops in Coach2®, an advanced program focused on the unique packaging of the entrepreneurial business.
